About Robert Alfaro

The Art of Storytelling: Robert’s Path to Literary Success

Robert Alfaro serves as the President and CEO of Alfaro Education Services.

With over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher, director, principal, superintendent, and area superintendent across San Antonio ISD in Texas and Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Robert has dedicated his career to enhancing the lives of children in public, private, and charter schools.

Robert began his journey teaching Limited English-speaking middle school students in Plainview, Texas. He spent eleven years teaching at both middle and high school levels before becoming the Director of Educational Programs in Fort Stockton, Texas. There, he worked with Early Childhood Education, Vocational Education, and College and Career Ready programs via Midland College and Sul Ross State University. He was then recruited to lead a struggling elementary school, where he implemented research-based practices in Early Education, spending three years before moving to a high school in Seguin, Texas as an assistant principal.

We are thrilled to announce that Robert Alfaro’s first book signing event was an overwhelming success, marking a meaningful milestone in his journey as an author. The event, hosted at a beautifully decorated venue, was more than just a signing; it was a heartwarming gathering of readers, educators, and community members who share Robert’s passion for empowering young people through education and mentorship.
As Robert greeted attendees, he shared stories from his 30-year career as an educationist, emphasizing the power of storytelling to inspire change. The audience was captivated as he spoke about his motivation to write his book, a project that reflects his deep commitment to shaping young minds and supporting vulnerable youth. One of the highlights of the event was the announcement that 50% of all book sales would be donated to the Council of At-Risk Youth (CARY), a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk children.

This partnership struck a chord with attendees, many of whom were educators, parents, and advocates for youth development. The excitement in the room was palpable as attendees eagerly lined up to purchase signed copies, knowing that their contribution would make a tangible difference in the lives of struggling children.
